Hi, I'm Matthew W Buckley — a self-taught developer with a scientific background in chemistry. My journey from laboratory research to software development represents my passion for solving complex problems and continuous learning.

Background

I hold a PhD in Chemistry, where I developed strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. These skills have proven invaluable in my transition to software development, where I apply the same methodical approach.

Skills

I have experience with React and React Native, and have worked with Next.js, Tailwind, and TypeScript. In my current position I have had exposure to Java and Springboot.
